Nero Labs is a controlled research and development facility specializing in ornamental fish breeding, plant tissue culture, and applied biology. Commercial offerings represent biological outputs of validated systems and are subject to biological, ethical, and operational constraints.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:

• You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement
   
• You understand and accept the responsibilities associated with keeping live aquatic organisms
   
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national regulations governing the possession and care of live organisms
   

3. Nature of Products

All live organisms offered for sale:

• Are produced within controlled systems at Nero Labs
   
• Are subject to biological variability
   
• Are released only when biological readiness and system stability permit
   

Organisms are not mass-produced commodities, and availability may vary without notice.

Images and descriptions are provided for reference only and may not represent exact size, coloration, or behaviour at the time of dispatch.

4. Orders and Availability

• Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment
   
• Nero Labs reserves the right to accept, reject, delay, or cancel orders based on biological feasibility, system conditions, or logistical constraints
   
• Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch without obligation where responsible release is not possible
   

In such cases, paid amounts will be refunded in accordance with Section 9.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice due to:

• Biological availability
   
• Operational considerations
   
• Input cost fluctuations
   

The price applicable at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Live organisms are shipped using methods intended to minimize stress during transit
   
• Shipping schedules are determined by organism health, weather conditions, and logistical feasibility
   
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees
   

Nero Labs is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services
   
• Weather conditions
   
• Regulatory checks
   
• Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
   

7. Live Arrival & Responsibility

Nero Labs warrants only that organisms:

• Originate from stable systems
   
• Are viable at the point of dispatch
   

Once organisms leave the facility:

• Responsibility transfers to the recipient
   
• Outcomes depend on handling, acclimation, water quality, and husbandry practices beyond our control
   

No guarantees are provided beyond biological feasibility at the time of release.

8. Returns and Replacements

Due to the nature of live organisms:

• Returns are not accepted
   
• Replacements are not guaranteed
   

Any issues must be reported within the timeframe specified on the Store page (if applicable), accompanied by clear documentation. Resolution, if any, remains at the discretion of Nero Labs and is guided by biological and ethical considerations.

9. Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

• Order cancellation prior to dispatch
   
• Inability to fulfil an order due to biological or operational constraints
   

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Use of Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Nero Labs unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of website content is prohibited without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Nero Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
   
• Liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question
   

This includes, but is not limited to, loss arising from improper care, environmental mismatch, or post-delivery conditions.

All commercial activity at Nero Labs remains subordinate to:

Nero Labs reserves the right to modify operations, offerings, or availability in alignment with these priorities.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Amendments

Nero Labs reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
