Live organisms are prepared and dispatched using procedures intended to minimize stress during handling and transport. Nero Labs warrants only that organisms originate from stable systems and are viable at the point of dispatch.

Outcomes following transfer are dependent on recipient handling, environmental conditions, and husbandry practices beyond the control of Nero Labs. No representations or warranties are made beyond biological feasibility at the point of release.

Proceeds from commercial activity are reinvested into ongoing research, system refinement, and the advancement of evidence-based fishkeeping knowledge.

Where appropriate, such activity also supports ex-situ conservation efforts for threatened or vulnerable species through controlled breeding and long-term system maintenance.
